Personal Care
We encourage you to choose one doctor from the Searcy Medical Center staff as your personal physician. Each time you need medical attention, you may ask for an appointment with your chosen physician. In the event he/she is unavailable, you may schedule an appointment with another Searcy Medical Center physician who meets your health plan's requirements.
As of October 3rd, 2011, Dr. Tommy C. Thompson joins the Searcy Medical Center staff in the Urology department. Dr. Thompson comes to us from Collierville, Tennessee where he has had a private practice for 27 years. Professional recognition includes:

New Neurosurgeon
Searcy Medical Center is proud to be partnering with Dr. Gregory Ricca, Neurosurgeon.
Dr. Ricca did his residency at the University of Tennessee Semmes-Murphey Clinic, went to medical school at Quillen College of Medicine, East Tennessee State University, and got his undergraduate at Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio.
Dr Miguel Aguinaga and Dr. Donald Patrick are starting a "Lung Nodule Clinic".This clinic will be dedicated to early detection and treatment of lung cancer and other pulmonary pathologies. It will be open from 1 PM to 4 PM every Monday for Dr Patrick and every Wednesday for Dr Aguinaga. For more information read their newsletter. Call 501-278-2895 for appointments.

Our Administrator
Mike Howell, CPA is the administrator of the Searcy Medical Center. He graduated from Harding University with a degree in accounting in 1981. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Mike is a member of the Arkansas State Board of Public Accountancy, the American institute of Public Accountancy and the Medical Group Management Association.
Before coming to Searcy Medical Center, Mike was health care specialist with Rasco, Burris and Winter, CPA firm. He served as the Chief Financial Officer for Practice Plus for twelve years and was CFO for Radiology Associates for two years.
Mike is married to the former Ginny Daniel a teacher at Central Arkansas Christian School. Mike and Ginny have three children, Amy, Matt and Mandy. Mike has been an active member of the Levy church of Christ for 25 years.
